How do the glamping parties work?

Personalized glamping parties are a great way to celebrate any special occasion. From Birthday Parties to Cousin Sleepovers, we've got everything you need to make your party Picture Perfect! Select your party date and theme and we will deliver and style your personalized experience. We will work with you to be sure your party is set up prior to your guests arriving. The next step is easy: Have Fun! The following morning, we will be back to take it all down for you. 

How much space do the tents require?

Each tent takes up a 4'x6' space. We can customize the layout of the tents in order to fit your space. Examples: In a straight line, semi-circle, half and half, etc. We ask that you have a clear space for the tents prior to us arriving.

Can the tents be set up outside?

The tents and their accessories are not weatherproof and therefore are to be enjoyed indoors only. If you are looking for more of an outdoor Glamping adventure, be on the lookout for our large Outdoor Glamping Tents that are launching Spring 2022. 

Can I combine or customize my theme?

Absolutely! Combining themes (like dinos and butterflies) are a great solution to include brothers and sisters and cousins! We also can work with you to create your perfect custom theme! Additional charges may apply.

How long does it take to set-up/tear down?

Set-up depends on the size of your party but generally takes between 45-90 minutes. To tear down is much faster and takes around 30-45 minutes. 

How is everything cleaned?

After each event, all sleeping items such as blankets and sheets are laundered using organic allergy-free detergent. All trays are disinfected after use. Decorative pillows, tent canopies, and other decorative items are spot cleaned.

How do the Luxury Picnics work?

We deliver and set up your luxury picnic on the day of your event. Picnics can be set up indoors or outdoors, weather permitting. Picnics include rugs, pillows, picnic tables, silverware, plates, cups, napkins, and table decor. Picnics can be customized to your party theme or colors. Paperware can be used for younger age groups.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of the events, we require a 2-week notice on all cancellations. Deposits are nonrefundable. We can work with you to reschedule if availability permits. We watch the weather closely and if your party was scheduled to be outside, we can move the party inside or reschedule for another day.
